Terms & Conditions

By engaging the services of Ashley Anderson Creative, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a professional, respectful, and successful partnership.

1. Scope of Work

The specific services to be provided (Photography, Marketing Collateral, Digital Presence, or Ongoing Support) will be outlined in your individual Project Proposal or Invoice. Any requests outside of the original scope may require a separate quote and timeline.

2. Payments & Deposits

Retainers: A non-refundable deposit (retainer) is required to secure your project date or start work.
Final Payment: For project-based work (like Website Design or Photography), final files or website "ownership" will be transferred only upon receipt of full payment.
Ongoing Support: Monthly support retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Photography: Ashley Anderson Creative retains the copyright to all images. You are granted a commercial usage license to use the images for your website, social media, and marketing materials. Images may not be sold to third parties or entered into contests without written permission.
Design & Marketing Assets: Once the final invoice is paid, you own the final designs (PDFs, Graphics, etc.).
Website Design: You own the content and design of your site. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own subscriptions (Wix, Squarespace, Domain) to keep the site live.

4. Client Responsibilities

To keep our projects on schedule, I rely on you for:

Timely feedback and approvals.
Providing necessary brand assets, logins, or text content.
Note: Delays in providing required materials may result in the rescheduling of your project completion date.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Photography: I understand life happens. Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.
Monthly Support: You may cancel ongoing support at any time with 30 days written notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

While I strive for perfection in every pixel and strategy, Ashley Anderson Creative is not liable for any loss of business or technical issues arising from third-party platforms (like Wix, Squarespace, or Google) or for the ultimate financial performance of your marketing campaigns.

7. Creative Integrity

I am committed to quality. If you are ever unsatisfied with a deliverable, please communicate with me immediately so we can find a solution that aligns with your vision and my professional standards.
